Adviser Advocacy Day

Since 2007, IAA members from across the country have made the annual trip to Washington, D.C., to directly impact federal public policy. Studies show that these in-person visits have the greatest impact on a lawmaker who is undecided on an issue. In fact, 94% of congressional staffers indicated that nothing makes a bigger impression on your legislators than their constituents.

The IAA’s visits to Capitol Hill provide a tremendous opportunity to make an impression on elected representatives in Congress. More than ever, our members need to carry their policy priorities to legislators and their staffs in person by joining us for the IAA’s annual Adviser Advocacy Day.
